You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Freegame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Note: Due to the constantly changing price of singles, we do not accept returns on single cards.
Any store credit that is banked on account, be it from selling cards to the store, having an amount transferred from a different account, being given store credit as a gift, or winning store credit in a tournament, cannot be converted into cash at a later point in time. Banked store credit can only be used to purchase TCG singles and other products in-store or on entreprisesfreegame.com.
We want you to be comfortable and safe when you're ordering from us. The price paid for TCG singles, games, or products will not change once a customer has successfully paid for an order, regardless of any increase in market price following the sale.
There's no cancellation fees on any order. When an order is already shipped, their no way to cancel it.

How does Freegame protect customer information?
